Returns and Refunds Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase; if for any reason you are not, you can return your items within 14 days of the date you received your order.
Please package your unopened products in the original box and enclose a copy of your invoice.
Please contact us by email to info@swedishnutrition.co.uk and advise us of the reason for your return and provide you with postage address for you to return the item/s.
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on used or opened boxes of product.
Refunds
We will offer a refund or exchange on your order. If you require a refund, we will refund the purchase price of your order excluding the original delivery charge.
We will also deduct an administration charge from your refund; please contact customer services for the exact amount (This is determined by the cost of shipping to your geographical location).
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on used or opened boxes of product.
If you believe the goods to be faulty we will issue you a full refund upon inspection of the goods and confirmation that there is a fault; you will not be charged an administration fee in this case.
Delivery Policy
We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your order, please take the time to ensure this is correct at the time of your order.
“Cooling off” Period
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you may cancel your contract to purchase products from us at any time within 7 working days after the day you received the relevant products or products (subject to the limitations set out below).
In order to cancel a contract in this way, you must give to us written notice of cancellation via email to info@swedishnutrition.co.uk
If you cancel a contract on this basis, you must promptly return the products to us in the same condition you received them.
If you cancel a contract on this basis, you will be refunded in full (including the cost of sending the products to you). However, you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the product to us.
If you cancel a contract on this basis and you do not return the products to us, we may recover the products and charge you for the costs we incur.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in these terms of sale affects your statutory rights (including your right to receive a refund in respect of any defective product we sell to you).
